The prevent invention relates to a method for providing data generated or measured in a manufacturing business which comprises the steps of: collecting data from data sources by processes or times using context information; integrating the collected data with a predetermined instance for data access and preserving the data; applying an analysis algorithm to the preserved data based on a request from an analytics tool; and providing the data, to which the analysis algorithm has been applied, to the analytics tool based on a request from the analytics tool.
