PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel sensor having high sensitivity and excellent visibility.SOLUTION: A first lead wire is arranged in a mesh-like fashion, and includes a first body layer made of copper, a first coating layer made of metal and arranged on an observer side than the first body layer, and a first chemical resistant layer arranged between the first body layer and the first coating layer and having conductivity. Irregularity is formed on a surface of the first coating layer. The first chemical resistant layer is configured such that a dissolution rate of the first chemical resistant layer to an etching liquid for a first coating layer is one tenth or below a dissolution rate of the first coating layer to the etching liquid for a first coating layer.
