<p>Disclosed is a novel towboat using high-altitude wind energy, comprising a water-level platform system (1), an underwater resistance and heading system (2), and an aerial power sail system (3), wherein the underwater resistance and heading system (2) is arranged below one end of the water-level platform system (1), and the top of the water-level platform system (1) is connected to the aerial power sail system (3). The present invention has the beneficial effect as follows: the novel towboat can coordinate with a counterweight system and an underwater resistance generation system to convert the high-altitude wind energy into a towing force of a vessel drawn thereby, thus partially saving the energy consumption of the vessel.</p> |
