An LED filament and a luminaire. The LED filament comprises a first substrate (1), a second substrate (2) adhered to the first substrate (1) back to back, and fluorescent glue (4). The middle portions of the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2) are both die bonding areas (11), a plurality of LED chips (3) are arranged in the die bonding areas (11), and the fluorescent glue (4) completely clads the die bonding areas (11) and the LED chips (3). Both the front surface and the back surface of the LED filament can emit light, thereby being capable of thoroughly solving the problem of inconsistency in light colour between the front surface and the back surface of an existing filament product. The filament can be widely used in various luminaires. |
