The purpose of this invention is to provide a sensor device for which the cost is kept down even if that which is being detected is a high-temperature gas. Said sensor device (1) has a main body (10) and a pressure sensor (30). A gas passage (13), into which a vapor being detected flows, is formed inside the main body (10), and the pressure sensor (30) is provided in the main body (10) so as to connect to the gas passage (13) and detects the vapor pressure inside the gas passage (13). The gas passage (13) comprises a helical passage (14) from the end in through which the vapor flows to the point where the gas passage (13) connects to the pressure sensor (30). |
