<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a low-hydrogen type coated arc welding electrode by which it is possible to improve moisture absorption resistance without causing a reduction in fixability of a coating agent or welding operability. Provided is a low-hydrogen type coated arc welding electrode, in which a steel core wire is coated with a coating agent, wherein the coating agent contains 8-25 mass % of a metal carbonate (in terms of CO2), 2-15 mass % of a metal fluoride (in terms of F), a total of 2-10 mass % of at least one compound selected from among TiO2, ZrO2 and Al2O3, 3-12 mass % of SiO2, 1-7 mass % of Si, 1-8 mass % of Mn, 0.03-0.7 mass % of a Li compound (in terms of Li) and a total of 1.0-3.5 mass % of at least one compound selected from among a Na compound (in terms of Na) and a K compound (in terms of K), with the remainder consisting of Fe and unavoidable impurities; the composition satisfies numerical formula (1); and the coating rate is 22-45 mass %.</p> |
