<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a gear having teeth which is a component used for a motor cycle. The gear teeth mainly are formed through a forging process. The method does not have a hobbing process and a deburring process. The main purpose of the present invention is to provide the gear having teeth having improved performance enduring high stress, excellent corrosion resistance, resistance to high temperature, and high tissue strength.</p> |
