<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical wavefront control module capable of reducing a phenomenon caused by a change in ambient temperature of an SLM (Spatial Light Modulator). <P>SOLUTION: An optical wavefront control module 1A includes: a reflection type SLM 20 for modulating light for each of a plurality of pixels arranged one dimensionally or two dimensionally; a circuit board 30 having an interface circuit 31 for driving the reflection type SLM 20; a heat sink 40 arranged between the reflection type SLM 20 and the circuit board 30; a Peltier element 50 whose one surface is thermally connected to the reflection type SLM 20 and whose other surface is thermally connected to the heat sink 40 and that transmits the heat generated in the circuit board 30 via the heat sink 40 to the reflection type SLM 20; and a housing 10 for storing the reflection type SLM 20, the circuit board 30, the heat sink 40 and the Peltier element 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
