<p>Provided is an oil-based ink composition for writing implements. The oil-based ink composition can achieve, on various writing surfaces including smooth and poorly wettable writing surfaces, such excellent writing as to form handwritings which are free from repelling and which exhibit excellent adhesion. This oil-based ink composition for writing implements comprises: (A) a polar-group-containing siloxane polymer which is obtained by copolymerizing (a) a siloxane macromonomer, (b) a hydroxyl -containing vinyl monomer, (c) a carboxyl-containing vinyl monomer and (d) an alkyl (meth)acrylate and which has a hydroxyl value of 60 to 200mgKOH/g, an acid value of 10 to 100mgKOH/g; (B) a colorant; and (C) an organic solvent.</p> |
