<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and easily inspecting IgA nephropathy with low invasion. <P>SOLUTION: An antibody specifically recognizing the sugar chain-deficient human IgA1 hinge region reduced in a galactose content is provided.
