An aspect of the present invention is a method of manufacturing an eyeglass lens comprising coating a coating liquid on a surface of a lens substrate being coated to form a coating layer, which further comprises conducting the coating by spraying a coating liquid, which has been atomized in an ultrasonic wave atomizing device disposed above the surface being coated of a curved shape, toward the surface being coated through a discharge outlet of the ultrasonic wave atomizing device, with the ultrasonic wave atomizing device comprising an ultrasonic wave atomization element atomizing a liquid by ultrasonic wave vibration, and an air flow blowing outlet for regulating a discharge width of an atomized liquid, and either not blowing an air flow from the air flow blowing outlet, or blowing an air flow from the air flow blowing outlet at an air speed generated by the air flow on the surface being coated of equal to or less than 0.8 m/s during discharging of the atomized coating liquid. |
