摘要 <p>The invention provides a semiconductor device having a transistor that can supply a proper current to a load (EL pixel and signal line) without being influenced by variations. A voltage of each terminal of a transistor is controlled by a feedback circuit using an amplifier circuit. A current Idata is inputted from a current source circuit to the transistor, and the feedback circuit sets a gate-source voltage that the transistor requires for supplying the current Idata. The feedback circuit controls the transistor to operate in a saturation region. Then, a gate voltage required for supplying the current Idata is set. When using the transistor set in this manner, a proper current can be supplied to a load (EL pixel and signal line).
