In the present invention, provided is a soil fuel cell, comprising a first electrode installed in an oxidation layer of soil; and a second electrode installed on a deoxidized layer formed on a lower part of the oxidation layer of soil wherein the second electrode installed on the deoxidized layer is a porous carbon electrode into which anaerobic microorganisms deoxidizing organic matters are immersed.
