The present invention relates to a system to collectively evaluate and manage human errors of the nuclear energy industry. The system includes an environmental data measuring part (100) measuring environmental data of a nuclear energy facility to transmit the data to a human error evaluation and management server (300); a bio data measuring part (200) measuring bio signal data of a nuclear energy practitioner by using a bio signal measuring sensor to transmit the data to the human error evaluation and management server (300); and the human error evaluation and management server (300) connected to the environmental data measuring part (100) and the bio data measuring part (200) through wire or wireless communication, calculating the probability of human errors of the nuclear energy industry by using the environmental data delivered from the environmental data measuring part (100) and the bio signal data delivered from the bio data measuring part (200), and extracting human error prediction data.
