Suggested are a method and a device for context-aware recommendation to distribute water resources in a smart water grid. The method for context-aware recommendation to distribute water resources in a smart water grid includes a step of grouping a plurality of end users as a community by considering a water consumption tendency of the end users; a step of recommending a water resource for the end users of the community according to a feedback of a water consumption tendency parameter of the end users and context information; and a step of providing the water resource to the end users without a request from the end users.
