The present invention relates to intelligent lipidic nanostructures with skin temperature-responsive ionic polymer immobilized to a surface and inside thereof, and a method for preparing the lipidic nanostructures. Lipid nanostructures according to the present invention demonstrate superior adsorption and permeation properties through electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions with hair-contained skin, and induce the active excretion of hair growth-promoting ingredients to significantly promote the hair growth. Nanostructures according to the present invention may comprise at least one natural extract selected from the group consisting of Thuja orientalis, Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg, and Espinosilla.
