<p>The present invention is to provide a new type high temperature quartz-polyimide composite radome which has a high heat-resistant temperature as being light in weight and has excellent strength and a low dielectric constant, and a method for manufacturing the same. For this, the method for manufacturing the high temperature quartz-polyimide composite radome is proceeded by including: a prepreg manufacturing step of manufacturing a prepreg by coating a liquid polyimide resin to each sheet of quartz fiber which is cut out by considering thickness and outline dimension of a final product and then compressing the coated quartz fiber in vacuum; a form preparation step of preparing a form by stacking the prepreg sequentially according to an established pattern on a release treating mold; a press forming step of performing press-forming a space where the prepreg in the mold is stacked, under high-temperature environment of 300°C or more and high-pressure environment of 15 bar or more; and a processing step of performing from removal of the formed product and then processing the product according to a final request dimension.</p> |
