A composite transfer film is closely adhered, directly or via a liquid permeable sheet, to an exposed gel surface in a gel-filled tank, and the composite transfer film is moved so as to change a state where a protective sheet is in close contact with the exposed gel surface to a state where a transfer film is in close contact with the exposed gel surface, thereby having molecules to be analyzed transferred from the gel to the transfer film and adsorbed thereon. |
