<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building with which a wide indoor vertical space can be secured and unit conveyance or suspension work can be performed easily. <P>SOLUTION: A building unit 1 includes a framework including a plurality of columns 3 and an upper beam 2, a ceiling part 20 is comprised of the upper beam 2, and a lower side of the building unit is opened by omitting a lower beam connecting lower ends of the column 3. The building unit 1 is disposed on a mat foundation 9 including a footing slab 91 and footing beams 92, the lower ends of the columns 3 of the building unit 1 are coupled to upper parts of the footing beams 92, a floor part 6 is provided over the footing slab 91, and an indoor space is formed from the floor part 6 to the ceiling part 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
