<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable inexpensive manufacturing while cooling efficiency and pressure loss are well-balanced. <P>SOLUTION: This EGR cooler 1 as an heat exchanger exchanges heat between inner fluid in an inner tubular body 2 and outer fluid in an outer tubular body 3. The inner tubular body 2 is constituted of: a small diameter part 11 and a large diameter part 12 which are installed coaxially; a ring-shaped connecting part 13 interconnecting the small diameter part 11 and the large diameter part 12; and a straightening means 14 installed inside the large diameter part 12 to straighten the inner fluid radially. The straightening means 14 is constituted of two disk members 21, and a plurality of fin parts 23 are bent from a plane body 22 of each disk member 21. The plane bodies 22 are superposed on each other so that the fin parts 23 project in directions opposite to each other. On a clearance opened on the plane body 22 formed by formation of the fin parts 23, the plane body 22 of the other disk member 21 is superposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
