<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool an apparatus that requires cooling. <P>SOLUTION: A system for cooling an apparatus comprises: temperature measuring means for measuring temperatures of individual grids by dividing plate-like heat generation sources, which are juxtaposed by having a plurality of devices, in a predetermined grid pattern; cooling means for enabling the heat generation source to be cooled in such a manner as to correspond to the grid; and heat density distribution monitoring means for centralizing or decentralizing the heat generation sources by changing operations of the juxtaposed devices on the heat generation sources on the basis of the temperatures of the individual grids, which are measured by the temperature measuring means, and for making the cooling means controlled in such a manner as to correspond to a generated heat value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
