The contact hole CNT4 includes an opening 14a as a first opening which is formed so as to pierce the insulating film and the bottom of which the first capacitor electrode 16a and the pixel electrode 15 are in contact with each other on, and an opening 14b as a second opening which is continuous to the opening 14a and is formed so as to be shallower than the opening 14a not to expose the first capacitor electrode 16a on a bottom thereof.
