<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement correction device that achieves displacement correction with less toner consumption, in which erroneous detection is not almost performed, and to provide an image forming apparatus with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The displacement correction device includes: a light emitting section for emitting a light beam to a pattern image formed from a black pattern and a plurality of color patterns other than the black pattern; and a light receiving unit for receiving diffused reflection light from the pattern image to which the light beam is emitted by the light emitting section. A black pattern overlaps a pattern of one color of a plurality of colors other than black, and based on the diffused reflection light received by the light receiving unit, the relative position of the black pattern and the plurality of color patterns other than the black pattern is measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
