<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that underwear with a pelvis belt has a pelvis belt, and the pelvis belt is required to uniformly apply horizontal tension and have a stretching force not so strong to prevent poor blood flow, but existing underwear with a pelvis belt has a pelvis belt having a strong stretching property and applying non-uniform horizontal tension, the existing underwear with a pelvis belt often has a tight underwear body stretched as a whole like a girdle, and the underwear with a pelvis belt is limited to be used by a woman. <P>SOLUTION: Popularized underpants are used for the underwear, the back body of the underwear is mounted with a pelvis belt having a stretching property not so strong, and the pelvis belt is put around the pelvis and fastened at the front of a user's body.
