<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for designing a lens for vision correction, in which, when design of a diopter lens being not the diopter lens considered that a user can see most clearly is adopted, since the aberration is increased accompanying such the design, by reducing the aberration, the lens capable of obtaining more comfortable war feel can be provided. <P>SOLUTION: In order to reduce aberration generated accompanying design of a progressive refractive power lens of a user using the ordering diopter data different from correction diopter data peculiar to the user, a lens is designed so that the aberration is corrected on the basis of the correction diopter data in a region for checking the near-sight diopter, and the design of the ordering diopter data is maintained in the region for checking the far-sight diopter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
