A mail processing method is provided, in which a server receives a mail reply request sent from a client, determines whether a new contact and an original attachment are present in the mail reply request, and if it determines that the new contact and the original attachment are present in the mail reply request, generates a data packet based on a predetermined rule for non-regular mails, and transmits the data packet to a destination.
