COMPOSITE MOLDING APPARATUS OF PRESS AND INJECTION AND COMPOSITE MOLDING METHOD

Disclosed are a complex press and injection molding apparatus and a molding method for molding a complex material part composed of a metal and a synthetic resin. The disclosed complex molding apparatus has a lower mold forming a lower side pressing surface for pressing a metal plate at an upper surface from a lower side; and an upper mold forming an upper side pressing surface for pressing the metal plate at a lower surface from an upper side, forming a cavity filled with the synthetic resin at a part of the upper side pressing surface and penetratively forming an inlet connected to the cavity for injecting a melt synthetic resin into the cavity. And, the disclosed complex molding method comprises: a heating step of heating the metal plate; an arranging step of arranging the heated metal plate on the upper part of the lower mold; a press molding step of coupling the upper mold with the lower mold and pressing the metal plate between the lower side pressing surface and the upper side pressing surface to perform press molding; an injection molding step of injecting the melted synthetic resin into the cavity via the inlet and deforming the metal plate, corresponding to a cavity portion, in a final form by the pressure of the melted synthetic resin; and a step of cooling the synthetic resin and then taking out the complex material part, composed of the metal plate and the synthetic resin, from the upper mold.
