The present invention relates to a cover device for a ladle heater. The present invention comprises: a cover unit covering and heating a ladle; a base unit which seals an inspection hole unit formed in the cover unit and has a base hole unit communicating with the inspection hole unit; a sealing unit which is mounted in the base unit to seal the base hole unit and has a working hole unit communicating with the base hole unit; and a door unit which is mounted in the cover unit and closes and opens the working hole unit. Moreover, durability of a product can be increased by replacing only the sealing unit.
