<p>The present invention relates to a heating quilt including emulsion oil having a technological characteristic of including: a pipe filled with the emulsion oil; a body where the pipe is arranged in a zigzag manner; an ultrasonic wave processor maintaining the emulsion oil, which has been circulated in the body and has returned from the body, in a stable state; a heating unit supplying heated emulsion oil to the pipe. The heating quilt of the present invention includes the emulsion oil and has an advantage of maintaining a stable emulsion state; maintaining a regular temperature if a target temperature is reached; providing a comfortable sleeping condition because temperature falling period is long and enlarging a fomentation effect as compared with a conventional heating quilt.</p>
