<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reduce the cost of a product, easily reduce the weight and easily increase the flexibility in design, based on an inner ring as a connecting member. <P>SOLUTION: A clutch unit includes: a lever side clutch section for controlling the transmission/disconnection of rotation torque to an output side by lever operations; and a brake side clutch section for transmitting rotation torque from an input side to the output side and disconnecting rotation torque from the output side. The inner ring 15, which transmits rotation torque from the lever side clutch section to a brake side outer ring, includes: a cylindrical section 15b inserted into a shaft section of an output shaft; an enlarged diameter section 15c made by extending the axial direction end of the cylindrical section 15b to the diameter direction outside; and a bent section 15d which is made by bending the outer peripheral end of the enlarged diameter section 15c in the axial direction and in which a plurality of pockets housing a cylindrical roller and a plate spring are formed at a plurality of places in the peripheral direction. The cylindrical section 15b is made of metal, and the enlarged diameter section 15c and the bent section 15d are made of a resin.
