<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel for improving optical output and resolution. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation image conversion panel 1 includes: an FOP 2; a heat-resistant resin layer 3 formed on a surface 2a of the FOP 2; and a scintillator 4 that is formed on a surface 3a at a side opposite to the FOP 2 in the heat-resistant resin layer 3 by vapor deposition and is made of a columnar crystal. In the radiation image conversion panel 1, surface energy on the surface 3a of the heat-resistant resin layer 3 is set to not less than 20 [mN/m] and less than 35 [mN/m]. Thus, crystallinity at a root section of the scintillator 4 is improved, thus suppressing a deterioration in passing properties of scintillation light and scattering of the scintillation light at the root section of the scintillator 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
