The present invention relates to a tracheostomy cannula, comprising an outer cannula (1) and an inner cannula that can be fitted in said outer cannula. In order to provide a tracheostomy cannula with an outer cannula and an inner cannula by which the problems of different anatomies of different patients, or else the variation over time in the anatomy of one patient, can be easily overcome, it is proposed according to the invention that the effective length of the outer cannula (1) and/or of the inner cannula is variable. |
