The present invention relates to a driver-on-board type LED lighting device with an AC-type LED applied wherein an AC type LED and for driving thereof, an AC driver are installed together on one substrate, the AC type LEDs are arranged in a cluster and arranged to be one light source, a light-diffusing lens, which performs a control of light distribution, is included in a configuration such that the AC type LED can be driven with a low current and a high voltage, a high efficiency as well as a life improvement can be expected, a sealing structure such as dust-resistance and water-resistance can be easily implemented and accordingly, the invention relates to the driver-on-the-board type LED lighting device with the AC type LED applied which can enhance electrical stability and product reliability.
