An embodiment of the present invention relates to a low noise amplifier. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the low noise amplifier includes an input terminal; a gain cell electrically connected to the input terminal; a source follower electrically connected to the gain cell; an output terminal electrically connected to the source follower; and a variable resistor electrically connected between a node between the input terminal and the gain cell and a node between the source follower and the output terminal. The gain cell includes a gain part a common drain part and a common source part receiving an input signal from the input terminal; and a cancelling part electrically connected to the gain part, and cancelling the even-order harmonic distortion of the gain part. |
