The present invention relates to an electrode assembly including unit cells, which comprise an electrode plate stack having a structure in which a separation membrane is interposed between anode or cathode electrode plates, and the present invention provides the electrode assembly wherein the electrode assembly comprises a combination of two or more types of unit cells having different sizes, has a structure in which the unit cells are stacked in the height-wise direction from a flat surface, and base unit cells, which are positioned at the lower portion of the electrode assembly, from among the unit cells, form an integral base structure by at least two base unit cells being wound by means of a single sheet-type separation film, and wherein sub unit cells, which are the remaining cells that are not the base unit cells, are stacked while having separation membranes interposed therebetween. |
