<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen conveyance system, a specimen processing system and a control device which can easily investigate cause of occurrence of trouble in hand-over of specimen racks between conveyance units. <P>SOLUTION: A specimen processing system 1 comprises a collection unit 23, a specimen rearrangement device 24, and a preprocessing unit 25. The specimen rearrangement device 24 is connected with the collection unit 23 and the preprocessing unit 25 via external connection cables C1 and C2, respectively. Conveyance in the collection unit 23 and the preprocessing unit 25 is controlled by a conveyance controller 6. A display input unit of the conveyance controller 6 displays time-dependent transition of communication signals concerning hand-over of specimen racks performed between the collection unit 23 and the specimen rearrangement device 24, and between the specimen rearrangement device 24 and the preprocessing unit 25.
