<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for manufacturing a heat exchange element that can reduce manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the heat exchange element includes: a creation step of creating a plurality of unit component members each of which has a plurality of mutually-arranged passages by bonding corrugated sheet processed by being corrugated on a flat sheet; a laminating step of forming laminates by alternatively laminating and bonding first unit composition members where a longitudinal direction of the passage is a first direction and second unit composition members where a longitudinal direction of the passage is a second direction out of the plurality of unit composition members; and a crushing step of crushing a top peak of the corrugated sheet in each of the plurality of unit composition members in the laminates and making a cross-sectional shape of the passage substantially trapezoidal by compressing the laminates in a laminating direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
