<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose an inflator of a side airbag device inside a side frame of the back of a seat in a seat width direction while assemblability of the side airbag device is favorably maintained. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle seat structure includes: the side frame 10 provided at an end of the back 22 of the seat in the seat width direction and extending in a seat longitudinal direction, and provided with an installation hole 10B penetrating in the seat width direction; an airbag 12 disposed, while folded under normal conditions, outside the side frame 10 of the back 22 of the seat in the seat width direction; and the inflator 14 connected with the airbag 12, and disposed inside the side frame 10 in the seat width direction through the installation hole 10B, and for supplying gas for inflation to the airbag 12.
