PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an absorbent for immunoglobulin and/or an immunoglobulin composite body that does not require a ligand fixing process; and a method for removing the immunoglobulin and/or immunoglobulin composite body in blood using the absorbent.SOLUTION: A water-insoluble carrier is provided which is made of a polymer obtained by polymerizing one or more types of monomers including a monomer derived from amino acid. Further, the method is provided for removing the immunoglobulin and/or an immunoglobulin composite body in blood, wherein the immunoglobulin and/or the immunoglobulin composite body is absorbed by the water-insoluble carrier by bringing the water-insoluble carrier into contact with blood. |
