<p>The present invention relates to a welding monitoring system. According to the present invention, the welding monitoring system comprises: a welding rod which executes arc welding to a base metal located on a jig; a voltage measuring part which serially measures real time welding voltage; a current measuring part which serially measures real time welding current; a waveform calculating measure which periodically calculates average moving values of measured welding voltages and welding currents respectively; and a welding state determining a measure which determines a state of welding by comparing waveforms of the average moving values with waveforms of a predetermined reference average value. According to the present invention, reliable welding monitoring is available by setting an error range of the standard (reference) waveform rather than an error range of a certain reference value, and reliability can further be improved even though the error is set to a narrower range to a conventional range.</p> |
