The organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first sub-semiconductor located on the substrate; a gate insulation layer located on the first sub-semiconductor; a gate electrode located on the gate insulation layer; a first inter-layer insulation layer located on the gate electrode; a second sub-semiconductor located on the first inter-layer insulation layer and connected to the first sub-semiconductor; a source electrode and a drain electrode which are located on the second sub-semiconductor and are connected to the first and the second sub-semiconductor;; a pixel electrode electrically connected to the drain electrode; an organic light emitting member located on the pixel electrode; and a common electrode located on the organic light emitting member.
