<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metering device capable of improving metering accuracy while suppressing an increase in a device cost by simplifying a configuration; and to provide a metering method and a program. <P>SOLUTION: A metering device 50 includes a main channel 11, a sub channel 12, and a sub channel 13. The sub channel 12 and the sub channel 13 are branched from one end of the main channel 11. The other end of the main channel 11 includes an opening 11a that is functioned as either one or both of a suction port or a discharge port of a specimen. The main channel 11 is configured so that, when being pressurized from the side of the sub channel 13, a function of retaining the specimen filling the inside of the main channel 11 is set higher than a function, in the sub channel 12, of retaining the specimen filling the inside of the sub channel 12, when being pressurized from the side of the sub channel 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
