<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin material excellent in electric conductivity in a smaller amount of a carbon material added. <P>SOLUTION: A carbon material-containing resin material is formed by mixing the carbon material with a base resin. A spherical carbon material formed of spherical particles each having an average particle diameter of 1μm or lower is used as the carbon material.
