Cosmetic Composition comprises, in a cosmetic carrier, 0.01-10 wt.% of amino functional silicone and 0.1-10 wt.% of cationic surfactant from plants. An independent claim is included for treating keratin fibers, comprising applying the cosmetic composition to the keratinous fibers, and rinsing out after the application of few seconds to 45 minutes.
