The present invention relates to a bio material sensing system and a sensing device using a digitizing method and, more specifically, to a bio material sensing system, determining a state variable of a target material in a digitizing signal processing part by receiving a reception signal from a bio sensor comprising complementary semiconductor devices, and a sensing device. The present invention is capable of measuring a table of a digitized bit according to the state variable by receiving a reception signal without a noise of a sensing signal according to a reaction of a receptor and a bio material to a bias condition of a nano-element having semiconductor characteristics, and increasing the sensitivity and sensing speed of the bio material by storing each measured digital level.
