The present invention relates to a method of purifying polyhydric alcohols, a cleansing product including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a method of purifying polyhydric alcohols, which processes charcoal-based and coal-based activated carbons under optimal treatment conditions to remove color and odor simultaneously and thus to obtain colorless and odorless polyhydric alcohols. Polyhydric alcohols purified by the method can be employed to a cleansing product.
