<p>The mobile handheld device (100) has a display unit (104) that is provided for displaying an instantaneous orientation representing an overlay image that is on a range of view image of a monitored area (18) of sensor (10). A destination indicator (116) is provided for indicating position of sensor based on generated light spot (22). An interface unit (108) is provided to receive the range of view image and information about the position of light spots in the range of view image. A fusion unit (114) is provided for producing the overlay image. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) an optoelectronic sensor for detecting objects in monitored area; (2) an arrangement for aligning optoelectronic sensor; and (3) a method for aligning sensor for detecting objects in monitored area.</p> |
