<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main spindle device capable of more accurately knowing thermal displacement amount of a boring spindle with good responsiveness and obtaining more accurate processing accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The main spindle device includes the boring spindle 16, a spindle support 17 and a control device 32. The main spindle device further includes a thermal displacement sensor 30 measuring thermal displacement amount in the axial direction (Z-axis direction) of a rear end of the spindle support 17. The control device 32 determines thermal displacement amountδA of a spindle tip 16a by using the thermal displacement amountδB measured by the thermal displacement sensor 30, and corrects a machine coordinate position of the spindle tip 16a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
