According to various embodiments, the present invention provides a screen output adjustment method including the operations of: acquiring data related with screen display; determining whether to adjust screen refresh rate on the basis of the data; and adjusting the screen refresh rate of a display part according to the determined result. Also, other embodiments are possible. The screen output adjustment method can improve usability by providing optimum performance, by adjusting the screen refresh rate of the display part dynamically according to the movement of a user.
