<p>The present invention relates to a machine enabling a user to take a motion such as dead lift and bent over low by connecting a weight plate adding and reducing weight and a motion bar operated by pulling a cable with the cable. The cable machine such as dead lift enables a user to exercise by vertically or horizontally moving the cable and selected weight plates by gripping and moving the motion bar in a base posture such as dead lift or bent over low.</p> |
